Spinach & Strawberry Salad

1 bag baby spinach, washed well

1 pint fresh strawberries, washed well

6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

4 ounces pine nuts

1 jar poppy seed dressing

Wash spinach and drain well on paper towels. Remove tops of strawberries and slice. Place spinach, strawberries, and pine nuts in a large salad bowl. Pour over desired amount of poppy seed dressing and top with blue cheese crumbles. Serve immediately.
